First Coast School of Real Estate provides real estate education to Jacksonville, FL and the surrounding areas. Our institution takes pride in providing our students the best education possible. With instructors who have been in the industry for years, they have the personal experience needed to provide our students the knowledge needed to become a successful real estate agent.
63- Hour Pre-Licensing Sales Associate Course:
Required course by the State to apply for a real estate license.
Teaches students Florida real estate laws, principals, practices and math.
Course cost is $350, includes book, course review and final test.
Classes are held Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6-9pm.

45-Hour Post-Licensing Course:
Required course by the state in order to renew a real estate license for the first time.
Students learn principals and practices associated with residential, commercial and investment real estate.
Course Cost is $200, includes book, course review and final test.
Classes are held on Monday and Wednesday nights from 6-9pm
